You typically can call referring to your reservation and they'll ship it to you. That was my experience at a Holiday Inn so if they won't do it.....
Then you can go back to yhe front desk and tell them what room number you were in. They might need your I.D. jusy in case. Or you can call and they can mail whatever you need back to you! 🤓
What if you left something in the room and they said nothing was turned in??
The hotel has a lost and found .they keep things for 30 days
