WORST MARRIOTT I HAVE EVER STAYED AT!!! We checked in at 11pm on Saturday (9 Jul 2022). We walked into our room and our noses were greeted by a combination of weed, cigarettes, mold, and potpourri. The room had not been cleaned and the floor hadn't seen a vacuum in weeks-months. I had to walk downstairs and ask for hand soap. The employee at front desk told me, that they had been out and gave more body wash to use on my hands. We noticed blood on the shower curtain/floor, numerous stains/tears on carpet, and many other unsanitary conditions in both (yes, two) rooms I booked. According to the woman at the front desk, there were no other rooms available (with 2 queen beds), no extra blankets for the couch bed, but did have an abundance of drug use on the property. I spoke to the woman at the front desk in the morning about these issues and she was very polite and apologetic. She insisted The manager would call me when she arrived. Not much to my surprise, I received no phone call and no one is answering the phone. In addition to all of this, I was charged incorrectly. DO NOT STAY HERE

All of the front desk receptionists were great for our 3 night stay the only reason I gave it 2 stars it’s because I expected better since it was a Marriott hotel but this one has been the very first Marriott hotel I was not happy with. It was super dirty, smelled weird, and I really really regret sleeping there I got bed bug bites all over my body, my whole family has them. I definitely do NOT recommend staying there.

Overall, the hotel was clean and check in was easy. There was a very large ink stain on the floor in our room. Unfortunately we were there on a very busy night. The walls seem to be thin because I could hear music coming from the other rooms. We had a difficult time sleeping which was unfortunate because my daughter’s gymnastics meet was early the next morning. The reason I only gave 2 star was because of lack of linen. We had total of 5 people with one person on the pull out sofa. There was no pillow, bed spread, or blanket for the pull out sofa. We didn’t have enough towels for 5 people and we had no wash clothes. When my husband asked for linen, he was told there was not enough for everyone in the building that night. We managed with the few towels we had but I was extremely upset my daughter didn’t have a blanket. My husband had to buy a blanket and wash cloths at Walmart. For $117 a night a expected way more than we received. I will not stay here again. We were not offered any compensation or discounts considering we had to provide our own linen.

This is a great hotel. It is quiet and the rooms are large and very well layer out. The furnishings are mostly new or slightly used and high quality. The management was extremely nice and helpful. They take their no smoking policy very seriously so do not smoke in rooms that aren't designated smoking rooms as they will charge you steeply for "cleanup" and you won't like their pricing on cleanup! Still a great hotel if you are a considerate guest. Try them out!
