Anatoliy is the best in the business. He has helped me out of numerous chronic health issues with his skillful practice. I have been to many acupuncturists and he is the best. He uses the balance method developed by Dr. Tan himself, which seems to be the best.

Review from an empiricist and skeptic: I was highly skeptical of acupuncture, but facing an almost year-long battle with depression stemming from a traumatic-stress response, I was desperate. Dr. Pak combines acupuncture- which has a noticeable physiological effect due to the release of endorphins- with compassionate dialogue to encourage reflection, meditative practices, herbal-support therapy, and things for me to practice at home. I think that this integrative approach is the key to success. When the source of severe depression is deeply-rooted in traumatic events and continual life-stress outside of your control, it's never going to be as simple as "acupuncture cured me." However, after trying numerous drugs, those didn't provide a cure either; but here's where Dr. Pak is different: he uses a combination of practices which are research-based, namely acupuncture, which evidence shows prompts a chemical response by the body, and controlled breathing and mindful meditation, which is well-documented to prompt neurological changes. Together, these practices have not cured me, but put me on a path towards wellness that Western medicine did not. Is my insomnia cured? Is my depression gone? No. Have they become more manageable? Absolutely. Am I on a path towards recovery? Yes. How do I know? My behavior has changed: I eat better, I have begun exercising, some nights my sleep is a little more restful. This is only in a few weeks! While I cannot say which is having the greater effect- the acupuncture, the meditation, or the compassionate talks- it's probably all three, and the reason I return and will continue to return is because it has an element that is highly therapeutic. It allows me to schedule a time where I receive attention, get advice, meditate, and yes, of course, receive acupuncture. Everyone's mileage may differ and I'm not saying that you won't find immediate and enduring relief for your back, but when it comes to issues that are far more complex and difficult to resolve- psychological- commit to giving it a chance for at least a few weeks, and take the practices from his clinic to your home as well. As for me, I will continue to visit Dr. Pak and treat our sessions like I would a Western psychotherapist, because I believe this is something I need in my life to maintain accountability for taking care of my self. At this clinic, there are no distractions and it's very clear what you need to do: heal. In our distractable world, that's something that is missing and I think if you need that in your life, you will find value in treating this clinic as a place to receive ongoing support and care.

I spent years struggling with migraines and had recently exhausted traditional "western" medicine options without sufficient relief. Before I saw Dr. Pak, I would expect to have 1 or 2 migraines in a typical week... and then about every 6 months, these headaches would occur in "clusters" for many days. I first saw Dr. Pak about one month ago, AND I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED ANY MIGRAINES SINCE!!! This relief is like a miracle to me. I am not an expert w/ acupuncture (or any other forms of "eastern" medicine), so I cannot compare Dr. Pak to any other practitioners. I can say that he is very professional, kind, thorough, and gentle in his approach. I am so happy that I started visiting Dr. Pak, and I recommend him completely!
