The lobby is nice. But no air conditioning in the common areas once you leave the first floor. Room air works well though. Beds and pillows are not that comfortable and the rooms are small. No microwave or closet. It wasnt terrible, but does not have the feel of a Hilton hotel, but still had the Hilton price, which was disappointing.

Nice location. Next to plenty of restaurants, a movie theater, Dave and Busters and Outlet Mall. I wish they had a swimming pool. I did not have enough towels in my room for the amount of guess we had in the room. When I asked for more towels I was told that they had a shortage of towels. I eventually was able to get towels after laundry was completed...

Lovely hotel! Spotlessly clean room. When we arrived Lance on reception greeted us like old friends and made us feel very welcome. Rooms and lobby are decorated in a really nice almost retro way. Because it’s a budget hotel there is no coffee maker in the room or cups for water, but the lobby has coffee at all times. There are also snacks, sodas and individual beers and wine cartons for sale downstairs. Includes breakfast of bagels, muffins, cereals, fruit, pancakes, sausage patty’s and omelettes. Next to a mall that you can walk to. Also had 2 restaurants within east walking distance ( or maybe that should be 1 😁 - The Salt Grass - as the other is Hooters). If you wanted to drive again there are countless restaurants a few minutes away on the freeway. Will definitely choose Tru by Hilton whenever possible in the future.

This is absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. I got my family here at 11pm and we waited over an hour to get a key and get in our room. Our digital key would not work, the representative at the front desk tried all the master keys and not of them would work. He was a terrible associate and didn't know how to do anything. This was the last room, as he couldn't give us another room. This is the second time in a few months that our digital key wouldn't work, but the first of not being able to get in the room. The absolute worst I've ever experienced. Will use my points and never purchase another Hilton Hotel!
