terrible service, customers service horrible, don't respect me as a senior being disabled or visually impaired, do not respond to complaints and take advantage of us by not giving us the services told have coming to us !

My best friend died under UHC, because it was all they had on his wife's retirement plan. UHC refused his surgeon's (and our) request to let him go to the area's best rehab clinic to get stronger and go home. All they would approve was a dirty nursing home, so we lost our loved one. They shouldn't even be in business. They're not about "health" or "care", it's all $$$$$.

I was on a employer health insurance policy through United Health. My employer paid paid $315 and I paid $195 monthly. I am a young male in good health with no Pre-existing conditions. At the end of my first full year on the policy I decided to go for a annual check up, I went to Bayfront medical group. My copay was $40, I then received a bill for $450 from bayfront that wasn’t covered by the insurance. The doctor sent me for my annual blood work to LabCorp. I paid my ($80 specialist) co pay and then received a bill for $1250 (United health care paid ZERO). I also went to the dermatologist to have a few spots looked at on my face. I paid my ($80 specialist) copay. I received a bill for $950 from the dermatologist, again United health care paid Zero! Each time I used my insurance I paid 100% and the insurance paid zero. They said I received network discounts and it was applied to my $3500 annual deductible. Needless to say I canceled the insurance. Omaba care has absolutely ruined health insurance. Unless you have a major medical event insurance is useless. Save your money and pay cash.

You will need to transfer your California UHC plan to a Nevada UHC plan
Yeah, senior dimensions (which I use to sell) is no more. You should have a number on the back of your card for customer service or you can call 1-800-medicare. Also, if you live in Las Vegas you can go the Medicare office at UnitedHealth care at 2716 n tenaya way 89128. First floor. Go thru the revolving door and the office is off to the left. You'll see it.
I'm thinking Southwest Medical only takes United Healthcare, Medicare and Medicaid
