I had my experience here foryself and for my son today, I was not thrilled I took my son to urgent care right at 7am and the woman at the registration was rude and not caring g of the situation of my son and his potential ear infection. It's overwhelming g know these hospitals have no empathy or compassion for the fact of I surance being available.. we have insurance but they rlrefused to accept the three insurances we have. Flat no we do t take them only this and only straight that. It's getting ridiculous judgement is being g placed based on the type of I surance you Carry or even have paid for. This location has too much judgemebt enough based on insurance. I wouldn't go back if this continues for this location. The result for this early morning visit for 7 years is now tye ER instead of urgent since this location refuse to accept what's available.

Yes there is. It's just past the Check in desk. You will check in for the lab when you first go into the lab area.

Same insurance here. We once paid $85 for a specialist visit, one year; we didn't mind because we had a low Out of Pocket annual Maximum and paying $85 for a Specialist simply helped us reach the Maximum all the faster, and once your Out of Pocket Maximum is reached, you pay no further Co-Pay for any In-Network service for the balance of the Calendar year! So, the sooner that max is reached, the better. This year we pay zero co-pay for Dr visits, both PCP & Specialists as that is the plan we chose. YOU get to choose your rate plans, deductible, Out of Pocket Max and applicable Co-Pays when you pick your plan, so, that choice was yours, from likely many options available to choose from.
Google shows closed Saturday & Sunday but I called and they confirmed urgent care is open 7 days a week 7am-7pm. Google "SWM urgent care wait time"

If you have papers on the service pet, no one can really deny you.. ppl bring their dogs inside grocery stores which is highly unsanitary but no one tells them anything so i really dont see the harm in it. I hope this helps. Im sorry i dont have more information on this matter
