I waited 2 years to make a warranty return because of covid. I was surprised that the prices here weren't that impressive. You can do better at bed, bath and beyond with a 20% coupon. All products carry lifetime guarantees no matter where you buy them.

True to their word, they accepted my grody, coffee stained cup to refinish according to their guarantee. I purchased another cup to use for the 4-6 weeks until I receive the other one in the mail but can't bring myself to use it 'cause it's too pretty to stain!

Very friendly people, well stocked store. These great products are made just a few miles down the street in north venice beach...buy local, employ your neighbors! Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars...product priced much like everywhere else...probably would've bought even more with discounted prices 🙂

Yes I believe they have a lifetime warranty. Unless somehow they are damaged due to user error.
Check out their website > lifetime guarantee for details, but basically "qualifying damage" is considered 1. Seal Failure (separation of the inside cup from the outer cup). 2. Cracks 3. Staining (permanent discoloration caused by sunscreen, citrus, tea, etc). 4. Decoration Fail (the inner decal/image becomes loose or falls to the bottom of the cup). 5. Heat Distortion (often caused by running it through a super hot dishwashing cycle on the bottom rack. This covers warping, bulging, etc). So basically, if you have a lot of tumblers, it's not hard to find a few that fulfill the criteria. If that's not the case, then I'm sure they will eventually qualify, especially if any cracks occur from a hard drop or sunscreen is accidentally used or someone forgets to put the cup in the top dishwasher rack. There's a limit of 6/day & they'll give you credit for the full retail value & then you can pick out whatever you like, aside from stainless steel merchandise or anything on clearance

It's interesting that exchanges can't be done now as they are concerned about the safety of their employees, but it's ok if employees are selling new items to customers. Very one-sided and a poor, self-serving policy.

They have brand new items that are regular price, but when we were there had a good amount of clearance items discounted. I thought it was a good mix.
