Absolutely terrible place to live. Septic tank overflows all the time. All they do is pour lime on top of that septic when it overflows instead of fixing that septic system that it’s destroyed. There is always an issue with the plumbing. Every month they turn the water off for no reason claiming somethings broke. They also raise the rent every couple of months with no reason no extra amenities the washers are broken inside the clubhouse almost every time. The park manager says that everyone waste water when he’s pouring water on plants every day for about two hours completely wasting it half of it ends up on the concrete. Terribly managed. Do yourself a favor and buy or rent a place and pay a little more at least you won’t be surprised when the water shuts off randomly

The owner of the trailers doesnt even provide upkeep on any of the trailers. All the trailer registrations are expired and everyone is constantly dealing with bedbugs or termites and the owner is nowhere to be found whenever you reach out to him

Small, older park...I know a resident here...I think it's a nice little park and would live here if I was in the market for a lower cost, older trailer...not mobile home as these are smaller than actual mobile or manufactured homes but just old trailers...Park does seem to be kept clean..streets well the one street that circles through the park, is in very good condition although quite tight. Parking is non-existent..Most residents seem nice and friendly with the occasional trailer trash nut job they all have!! Great location with low lot rent for the location!

Not 55 community all age children are allowed. Pets must be on a leash or will be reported. Don't allow pets to be on neighbors property. And clean up after them.
Call them and ask them they will be happy to help you with that 😊 😊
$688 a month increases every July.
Pets can't be loose, clean up after them and don't let them go in neighbors yards. Lot rent is $600 monthly if you own your mobile home. There are some for sale, call office. No pool.
No sorry
