Everyone was rude and kept checking the prices so much and the cashier didn't wear a mask and as soon as we walked it there were cockroaches everywhere

Reading the reviews and noticed 75% agree 👎🏾this store is a mess! Everytime I go in after 6pm, only the self-service is open. No humans... Manager told me she wasn't qualified to check us out. STOP...HOW AM I QUALIFIED? I DON'T WORK FOR KROGER! IF I AM SPENDING MY MONEY ON YOUR PRODUCTS, WHY DO I HAVE TO CHECK MYSELF OUT, AND THE STORE MANAGER SAID SHE WASN'T QUALIFIED? Ok, the only human assistant at self-service got mad at me bc I didn't know how to put my coupon in? She wanted me to ring up my items separately. I said no, she walked away. I had to ask the manager that isn't qualified to ask the cashier that is but only assistanting us to help. She didn't want too. Look at the pictures. Kroger is sad, don't go after 6pm.
