It's interesting that exchanges can't be done now as they are concerned about the safety of their employees, but it's ok if employees are selling new items to customers. Very one-sided and a poor, self-serving policy.
As of right now we are only running our Made For Life program by mailing them into the factory. All of the needed information is located on our website. You can also keep checking back with on our website for updates on when we will be accepting them in store. We are sorry for any inconvenience at this time.
Right now they are excepting returns at the store, they are not accepting returns due to covid. No exceptions. Hopefully, when the pandemic ends, they will begin accepting returns in person and end the exception. I accept this excepting policy for now.
