I have no idea what kind of a job they did on my car because after 9 days I still don't have it back. I left it there for detailing on Thurs Feb 17. They said it would be done the next day and that they would call me. They did not call. I called them on Tues Feb 22 and was told it wasn't done and that their detail guy had been out sick. But they would call me the next day to tell me when it would be done. No call. It's now Sat Feb 26; I've left 2 messages and still no call back and not a clue as to when it will be done. Outrageous treatment. I noticed the review after mine was posted 3 days before mine, praising their detailing. That suggests that someone else's car came in and was detailed while mine just sat there not being worked on. UPDATE: Finally got my car back. Car was very clean inside and out, polished and shining. The dash, doors and steering wheel are slippery with what appears to be a silicone layer, does not feel good. Owner/ manager said he hadn't called me because he'd lost my number and hadn't gotten my several messages because his answering machine was broken. But when I drove into his driveway he called me, proving that he did actually have my number after all. Avoid this place.
