Never trust them. I made an appointment and waited for several days. Then they called me to reschedule because the doctor is not available on Friday. They don't know when I make the appointment. Then I changed the appointment. Then I waited several days, and they told me the doctor didn't accept my insurance???? They asked me to reschedule......Then they want to reschedule me to two more weeks!!!!! So. I won't come! Never trust them anymore. They have another place in Vegas. I believe it is the same situation.

The level of care, compassion, and bed side manners is horrible and disgusting. They do not even say hello to you when you come in.. slow poor or non existent welcome, they have an attitude for no reason, dry, and not willing to help or answer your questions. It’s ridiculous!! Obviously we are here for serious mental care ! Bad customer service, lack of empathy and they don’t know how to properly administer Injection shots without the needle almost breaking or having to do it a second time. Poor lack of training and they don’t care or apologize for it either.

Great service, front desk is really friendly and polite. As someone who is usually anxious in the doctors office I feel comfortable in the well care clinic. Doctors appointments are efficient and they pay attention to my personal needs. Highly recommended.

Horrible. I came to see a doctor for my IUD consultation, but couldn't get seen because they wanted me to sign in agreement with their practices and evaluations for mental and behavioral services they offer. They don't have separate sign in forms for the clinic itself (outside of the mental and behavioral forms). Also, I was given the "privacy practices" form to sign, but no list of what was included in the privacy practices until I mentioned it. Then they printed it off. Which then contradicted the first forms they gave me, because you have the right to decline certain services and information that's being shared (but they print in bold that you can't be seen unless you agree with everything. I highly dislike that you get looked at as crazy for not signing over your rights. Plus, I was told that I couldn't ask the doctor my questions before I signed the forms.

Because they are unprofessional and only care about billing insurance providers for wasting patients time. Go else where. This place sucks
