So I was moving to the current address that I had a package sent too I wasn't going to be there until the next day and was willing to take the risk of my package getting stolen since I knew it was going to be delivered the day before I moved in, instead of the driver leaving it he took it back to their facility which wasn't an issue but was was the issue was that when I called to figure out l what happened I was told that I would have to come and get it or if I wanted them to deliver like they should I would have to change the address. I should have to change my address for where I want the package to be delivered too especially since I was in the place I live at.

ive worked here , they throw packages , if your stuff is on the floor its gettin stepped on , worst package handling ive ever been apart of , let alone the tobacco spitting , just a heads up

Not happy that the UPS driver left my $50.00 custom made item in the grass next to my mailbox. Next time, do you job and bring it to the door. You could place it inside my stormdoor!

I tried many times can't get through on the phone , fed ex and dhl get my business when ever I can use them .
Call your supervisor silly.
You can call UPS and have them track the package if you have a tracking number or you can call the shipper and have them track the package
Yes but it could of been misloaded onto another truck. Best thing to do is call them

I have never had success with them. They are horrible!
They are known to deliver packages to wrong address and dont want to talk to you about your claim when its there dam fault.
