Is it possible to talk to an actual human. The invoice number you gave me on the paper on my door doesn’t work. So therefore I can’t talk to one single freaking human being and this is a $500 package. So I believe I lost $500z

They are great in person. But it is very difficult to get through on the phone. Your best bet is to call the 800 number. You can reach a live rep there. If you go to the Sharonvillle location in person, they are very helpful
