I usually only use this location for Amazon returns and they do what needs to be done and are friendly. My issue is the smell. They have a horrific air freshener that smells like rotten vanilla that is so overwhelming. It triggers my athsma every time I go in there. Even after being in the store for only a few minutes the smell sticks to you and then you smell like it for hours afterwards.

My wife and I were caught in a bind because of a mess up at another UPS Store that was closer to us. We called this location and they told us that they could help us without an appointment. Everyone there was so helpful, but Siara took great care of us. We could have lost out on something huge because of the mix up and the time it needed to get to the other party, but Siara saved us!
