Stay away! They won’t do anything to help you. Rude people. The manager has zero management skills. Not going back there again. I should have read all the bad reviews before picking this location.

As good of an experience as you can hope for at a FedEx shop!

I saw an advertisement saying that FedEx was a one stop shop for passport renewal. I went to this location to fill out the paperwork, thinking it would be quick and easy. The woman working there told me it wasn't FedEx, but a 3rd party who handled the passports, and I would need to apply on the computer. After paying $227 for the 5-7 week expedited service, I was informed this was not an official submission for my passport, and that I would need to get my paperwork authorized by an official government location (it listed the BMV on Redbank Rd. as a suggestion). I went to the BMV, and I was informed they could not do anything with the FedEx application. This was escalated to the manager or supervisor on duty, who was so kind, but told me the FedEx thing was essentially a scam. They'd had one other person come in with the same thing. At this point, my only option was to pay the BMV the full amount to get my passport there. The charge on my credit card was actually from FedEx, not a 3rd party as the FedEx worker had explained. I literally paid FedEx $227 for a printed passport application that could be printed from a government website. I'm usually super aware of scams, but I was shocked that a major company like FedEx could advertise this service when it doesn't work. I'm posting this so no one else makes my mistake. Go straight to the government agency that handles passports. They can quickly take care of everything and you'll have a passport in your mailbox quickly.
