What a classic. Before REI there was Benchmark! They by far have the most knowledgeable staff, I used to come here as a young boyscout. They're especially good at prepping people for extended camping and backpacking trips. If you know nothing about tents, sleeping bags, and the gear you need for your next adventure, rely on the staff at Benchmark to get you what you need. They don't work on commission, their hearts really in it to get more people enjoying the outdoors

Currently we are about a week for turnaround on our service. If you need it sooner though we can probably squeeze you in. Just talk to one of the staff if you need them for a quick trip.
We are following all CDC, state and local guidelines. Masks are required within the store. We are also cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces multiple times a day. We also offer curbside assistance to those who don't want to come in or can not wear a mask.
We certainly do. It’s $5 for a machine wax and $10 for a hand wax.
That shouldn’t be a problem. We should also be able to look up the transaction in our system. Bring the shoes in and we will help you out. Thanks Eric
