My husband and I toured this property and fell in love with it. So cozy, clean and quiet! Mahala made us feel right at home. She showed us around and answered absolutely every question we had. It was such an easy & amazing experience! We will definitely be considering college hill apartments as our next home, I cant say enough about this place and the property manager!

No mice and I love it
