I currently reside at Colonial Village & I will say it’s the worst place I have ever lived. The management is unprofessional on EVERY SPECTRUM & changes too often .maintenance is useless . It’s bug & mold infested. Not a place for children either Whatever photos are on their website is a flat out lie ( come through the complex & you will see for yourself) I can’t wait to leave this place. Anyone considering moving here I advice you not to

Yes. They are subsidized, the hardest part is catching them when theyre in the office.

Why can I never get ahold of anybody and now they don’t have an answering machine or anything it just keep ringing. What I need to do so I don’t gotta come up there ?
