Hi, thank you for reaching out. All of our apartments at Village Square are 2-bedroom apartments, with the majority having 1.5 baths, and the remaining with 1.0 bath. We do not have any that have 3 bedrooms.
Our current minimum requirements are as follows: -Monthly gross income of 3x the monthly rent -Minimum credit score of 550 (average of all applicants) -No evictions in past 7 years -No sex offenders, violent felonies ever, or non-violent felonies in past 7 years Application fee is $30 per adult applicant. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
