We've been here for almost 5 years and rent has never been raised. 1 manager and 1 maintenance man run the whole complex so its a lot for them to handle but overall haven't had any issues. No body bothers us or hangs out outside causing trouble. For the price you can't beat it

I lived here for over 3 years and I loved it so much i never had any issues the place was spacious and affordable. The manager is a very reasonable and down to earth guy. I only moved because I was relocating to Washington DC.
