Not on the main reservoir. There are small ponds that kayaks are allowed on next to the parking lot.
Area 31 up north rents them for sure. I'm not sure if the other areas do.
There's no overnight parking or camping.
Yes you need to park and pay. Disabled, handicapped and seniors have a reduced rate, 50 percent. I tried to get all three discounts, so they were going to have to pay me, didn't work, can only take one. Being all 3 I pay parking 5 dollars, I have a season pass for 50 percent off, forgot amount. Boats 34 or 24 dollars. Double these if no discount. Must have placard plate license for discount. Sean some good size fish taken. Good luck.
