I need help with getting my $300 holding fee back ! I have been more than patient with these people , I applied April 8th and ever since after that I haven’t been able to get ahold of them I paid $50 for a application fee plus $300 to hold a unit . Each time I called and was able to get ahold of someone they are keep saying they’ll be sending my application up to management to get it approved well that was 8 weeks ago now I can’t get ahold of no one here on the phone or even when I waste my gas to drive there they are always closed this is just not making any sense it’s very unprofessional and at this point Iam about to call hud and also fair housing and any other legal places who is above this place.

I can’t get a hold of the office’s person the phones are like they disconnected and no one never in office drove over twice and they are closed but online say there open
