Problems- DISHWASHER BROKE , TOILET ALWAYS GET CLOGGED, WATER ALWAYS GETS SHUT OFF FOR 2-3 DAYS, APARTMENT LITERALLY FLOOD MAKE SURE YOU GOT RENTERS INSURANCE ASAP, TOWING PEOPLE CAR EVERYDAY, RENT MONTH TO MONTH IS 1230 FOR A 2bd room smh , plus TRASH /WATER , WATER BILL ALWAYS HI $90-$150 , THERE HAVING A WATER ISSUE AN THE TENANTS ARE PAYING FOR IT WITH HI WATER BILLS… LITERALLY EVERYONE I KNOW WHO LIVES HERE HATE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX DONT MOVE HERE YOU BEEN WARNED, ITS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE… Imagine YO KIDS willWITHOUT WATER FOR 3 days I had to drive to the gas station just to use the restroom DONT MOVE HERE

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Our lease expires in 2 months and we just received a letter informing us of the new rent price if we renew our lease and it is an outstanding $310 increase from when we moved in only 10 months ago. This includes our stove top that does not work, our dishwasher hardly works, and the entire apartment floods every time it rains like most of the first floor apartments here. I have asked for this to be fixed almost a year ago and they have done nothing, but they did fix the foundation for the vacant apartment across from us so that it wouldn’t flood anymore and they could move someone in to make more money. This place absolutely does not care about the people that live here, the apartments are disgusting, rent is WAY to high, you can find much better for much less, just keep looking.

Please save your money and move somewhere else! My sister is pregnant and the conditions that they allow there are ridiculous! They are so petty when it comes to parking spaces but when she called constantly complaining about the cigarette smoke coming into her apartment from SOMEONE ELSE, they still failed to do anything about it. They’re more concerned with money than making sure their tenants are safe and comfortable in a place we’re supposed to call home…

Do not move here. The amount of stress this place has caused is ridiculous. Not only did i have to rehome my cat due to being told an incorrect pet fee, but everything here is so unprofessional it’s insane. First, my dishwasher was flooding and it took them three months to fix it, when they did finally fix it they ripped the cabinet away from the wall and broke my cabinet door and left it like this. Then, my apartment started flooding due to the rain and they did absolutely nothing. There was 4 inches of water and they never sent anyone to clean it up so i had to figure it out myself. When i told the apartment manager that my carpets were soaked and it had been smelling like mildew in the bedrooms they replied with, not to be technical but I’d consider that damp, not soaked, and the mildew smell is probably the AC unit, then he left. I was stunned. I have a video of my foot splashing in the water in the carpets, i wouldn’t consider that damp. Three months later the apartment manager called me to inform me that they would be coming to clean my carpets from when it flooded months ago, i told her i was not home and after last time i wasn’t comfortable with them in my apartment without me there and she got extremely rude and hung up on me. Anytime i go Into the office she is nasty and mumbles rude comments. The last time i was there i told her it was very unprofessional to mumble rude comments and she replied with, I’m not mumbling I’m saying them loud enough for you to hear. There has been problem after problem and instead of helping you she just gets rude and confrontational. The buildings all have ROACHES, they’ve only come to spray once and even then they only sprayed the kitchen. There’s so many issues in my apartment but overall they are outdated, but infested, over priced apartments run by the most unprofessional people you’ll ever meet. Do not give yourself the headache of moving here.
