New property owners have really made it the worst place for the money they're increasing rent because they replaced hallway floors painted the hallway walls and doors added a newer style lock stole my personal lock that I was allowed to install since my door wouldn't close tightly added wasteful cameras in the hallways adding fob locks another waste all to raise the rent almost 200.00 for what! They haven't done squat to the inside of any apartment. Pressure washed outside the buildings put new lines down for parking but parking still a dam problem spaces made for skinny people. If you're 200lbs you can't park next to other vehicles. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE THEY TAKE OF NOTHING EXCEPT COLLECTING RENT. To cheap to repair the pool which was the main attraction so it's more like their saying ( they're black people so we'll take from them too ) smh. Bring a bulldozer and flatten this piece.

I advise people to do not move here !! I had a total of 9 bats in my house ! There’s more pictures as well. I contact the rent office on several different occasions! They have a real bad bug problems!! It’s not safe or Comfortable to live here . Hallways are dirty. Pool don’t work . Laundry room have every bug you can name. They went up on rent that is not worth it ! I had bat coming up in my sink, behind my bed , on my screen , and I woke up a few times to bats flying over me ! I contact rent office they came out and said they couldn’t find no holes ! It’s unbelievable. Please be aware that the bats will come threw vents ! Please don’t move here.
