We got our first house lower than the listed price with Jamie!! He is super helpful with his knowledge about houses and super patient as well. His communication is clear and well organized. He doesn't push or rush us with anything. We'll recommend him to people around us. We love our first home!

Jamie was amazing to work with! He made the process of buying our first home together exciting vs. stressful. He was always available to show properties or talk over the phone, and we greatly appreciated his knowledge, guidance and transparency along the way. Thank you Jamie for everything - can’t wait to connect down the line wether it’s time to sell or purchase another home!

Jamie helped us in purchasing our new home and he is an exceptional agent. Jamie is highly knowledgeable about the market and he is a great communicator who offered sound advice along every phase of the home buying process. He is detail oriented, quick to respond, always on time, and highly reliable. Jamie also has a vast network and is happy to offer up referrals for anything/everything related to real estate and beyond. Jamie is a genuinely nice guy and a great agent.

Jamie made selling my aunts house extremely easy. He took care of emptying out the house and getting it ready to sell. I live in va so it would have been impossible for me to do this without him!

Thanks a lot for the question. Please know that I'd really need to see a home first before making any sort of specific recommendation, but generally speaking, I would encourage: The Kitchen: It's the hub of most homes and appliances, paint color, counter-tops and flooring are all key areas to focus on. If things look dated or worn, consider replacing and updating. Bathrooms: Specifically pay attention to the master or main with the same focus on flooring, counters and fixtures. Front Entrance: This is often the moment of truth where buyers come to meet the home for the first time. Pay attention to not only landscaping, but also the door and consider painting/staining if needed, ensure the doorbell is working and if the fixtures look dated, consider replacing as well. If you have any more questions, or would like for me to stop by to give you some additional ideas, feel free to contact me directly. Jamie Asquith | REALTOR Keller Williams Advisors 513-600-0063
Hello and thanks for the question. The interior photo was of a listing in Madisonville that has since sold. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or care to see any other properties in the area.
