I'm confused by the reviews of the exceptional staff. I phoned for some basic, yet...for me...important info. The girl answered the phone as if she were rushed/annoyed, and couldn't have been less helpful. I had ZERO confidence that I was given the correct info by end of call, and she didn't even say 'goodbye'. Apparently, excellent customer service belongs to a bygone era now. Very sad.
