Great, great experience. Selected and bought tires online Monday, tires expected to arrive Wednesday, I made an appointment for Friday at 10:45. Received an Email, then phone call on Tuesday stating my desired tires had arrived and my appointment was confirmed. Friday at 10:15 I called to see if they were running late or on time for appointments. I was told "we are always on time for scheduled appointments, ...." I thought, yeah right. I was then told "arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, there will be an empty bay ready for you with your name on it". I knew he was kidding about this. I arrived at 10:34 and sure enough there was an empty bay. For about 15 seconds I wondered if I should really drive up to it, and as I was wondering an employee came to the front of the bay and placed a sign with my name on it. Really surprised me. Pulled up and parked, and before I was fully out of the vehicle my tires were being brought to the bay. Work started immediately. I asked if I could inspect my brakes while the wheels were off and I was told "of course". 4 new tires installed and I was driving off at 11:12. I rarely give 5 stars as I think there could always be room for some improvement, but in this case I really don't think I could be any happier. Truly satisfied with the tire selection, prices, and unbeatable service. I have been a Discount Tire customer for many years, and today confirmed why. Highly recommend Discount Tires on Broadway.

I have been going to this place for over 12 years. I take all my cars here. I did not give them 5 stars because I think their service had declined over the years mostly because it looks like they have gotten super busy. You may need to talk to several people before you get your needs met or you may need to be very clear about what the need is. Overall great products, friendly service, and if you can make an appt decent turnaround time 15-30 min. If you are a walk in best times are right before opening or closing otherwise you are looking at 2-3hour wait time.
