I was impressed. The manager working today has mastered customer service. To save a half hour from having to drive across town to pickup [bosses company card] to pay with, I called and asked if they could take payment over the phone. They said yes, and i naturally still expected a battle when the time came; however, the staff didn't even blink an eye, nothing but a positive attitude.. They asked to see the drivers license matching the payment card. So the boss simply texted a photo of his license and I handed them my phone.. Anyways, I was impressed, both flexible and accommodating, all the while with a smile and positive attitude. I won't mention the free, help your self, 4 or 5 boxes of donuts on a refreshments counter, as the Doughnuts may just be over the top, given the good customer service. And it didn't end there, Pedro who hooked up the trailer and demonstrated how to use the Ditch Witch was very friendly, chatty and helpful, answering our questions. Pedro also Having a positive attitude, left me wondering if they all might be ill?!? Suffering from some sort of contagious Customer service done right' thing?? All I can say is this is a business that got it right... Update: Lol.. a question whether or not I might have become a trained pet?? Having become conditioned to enjoying a donut when visiting Sunbelt.. Months later, on a following visit, I was sad to discover they didn't have any donuts at that time. . Donuts and heavy equipment....the perfect match or is it heavy equipment and alcohol? lol.

I only rent my heavy equipment from Toolshed because of our sales representative Mark Martini. These guys are on top of everything from delivery on time, solving maintenance issues immediately and making my job easier.
