Eligible donors can donate blood regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status.
To donate blood, you must be at least 17 years old, weigh a minimum of 114 pounds and be in general good health.
Beside bringing your driver's license, you need to decide what you want to donate, whole blood, red blood cells, platelets, plasma, and double red blood cells. You will also be screened for blood pressure, temperature, and iron levels. You can google this, it is all over the internet.
I have never been paid in cash. SDBB does give donor points for each donation which may be accumulated and exchanged for merchandise in the online "store".
Saturday hours are 8:00-4:00.
It is a volunteer donation. You can get points for items/merchandise and gift cards at the mysdbb store.
This is not a "Pay to Donate" location
