Loann is the best hairstylist but there are many other really great stylists at this location. The staff is friendly and listens to what you ask for. My family has been having loann do our hair for over 20 years! We couldn’t be happier!

I had lowlights redone in my hair- the color was okay she didn’t color all the way down from root to tip just about midsection and I have long hair so I didn’t feel that was enough. Then during the time the dye was setting the salon tech went to lunch - by the time she came back her hands smelled of burgers. She then washed my hair- normally this process takes a bit as I feel like my hair is washed at least 4 times at other places- I have never had my hair washed that quickly(didn’t feel clean afterwards). Then during the cut I explained I’m still growing my hair so to cut as minimal as possible, first off I had to bend my head back as much as possible because she cut it that way and kept asking me to tilt my head back- this hurt and yes I was sore afterwards I had to remain that way while she cut my hair! The cut was not good, I had split ends and dryer hair then when I first went in- it’s still puffy and doesn’t brush without breaking now. Oh and I don’t know about most women but the stylist always asks me how I part my hair then they proceed to cut- I told her I part my hair to the side. Her exact words “oh okay well I’m going to part it in the middle while I cut-“-okay thinking by the end it will look how I specified . It remained parted in the middle ? I had made the appt for thermal style as well though apparently her next customer was already waiting and I felt rushed so I said just do a blowout for volume . Wow. She did not do a blow out she blow dried my hair that’s it! And this cost me 150? Not going there again .
