Trash everywhere, alcohol bottles smashed, my dishwasher hasn’t worked for a year and they still haven’t replaced it, roaches and bed bug issues in 1086 unit that they fail to fix, plumbing issues that never get fixed, they only have one maintenance man, they started a new rule of needing a parking permit and my car was towed when they have my car stuff on file! And I was forced to pay $200 to get my car back, don’t pay with money orders they would lose mine then try and take me to court. It’s a headache living here and let’s not forget to mention the raise in rent! You can’t be bouji in the hood people!
