I went to the UPS store today, trying to rush in before they closed a 7 PM. The door was closed and I was worried that I was too late by arriving at 6:59 PM. Thankfully, Ali was working and helped me with two tasks. He helped me send a shoe return, as well as send a tracked package for an important check that needed to be sent. He worked efficiently and even had time to make small talk with me about my Costa Rica jacket even though it was now past 7:00 PM. I had to leave a review because he turned a potentially stressful experience into a quick and easy visit. Thanks, Ali.

I sell online for a living and have shipped packages for years . I do not require any service from the clerks working because i print pay and package my items at home. I use this location as a drop off only. I left a (no service required ready to go) package and was accused of cutting in line by Ali. Very poor professionalism. I drop off packages at USPS Fed Ex and UPS and never wait in line because I do not require services from the clerk.

When a package arrived by UPS at my home, within minutes I noticed my package had been torn open somehow. Since I'd already decided to return the package when it arrived it was now neccessary to fully open the box to make sure no parts were missing. There were some missing items from the box so I immediately called UPS to report the damage and file a report. The person that answered the phone was not a person but a robot whom asked me 7 times to state the nature of my call. After repeating myself several times the voice recommended I try the UPS website to state my business. Oh great. I get to communicate with yet another machine. I said $@π€w it and I called my local UPS store on Auto Pkwy or W Valley Pkwy, whichever it is. My wife got me the number so I can't swear to it's location but I called and after patiently listening to my dilemna the young lady at the store politely told me that she couldnt help me with my problem but gave me some helpful advice and suggestions and this gave me the impression that she genuinely hoped that my deal would be fixed. At 61, that's huge to me these days.
