I drop off a package at the Milford shopping center in Milford, Ohio yesterday at 4:15 PM for a company in Cincinnati. This package should of been delivered today!!! It said on the UPS Drop Box that it gets picked nightly at 8PM It was not picked up

It might have been picked up, but 1 day delivery might not be something guaranteed from a drop box. I have had good luck using UPS stores for 1 day deliveries.

I'd contact them directly then... This is for an entirely different ups, so I don't think the one you're looking for, will ever read this... The one at canal st. Has people there until 8, and are always usually helpful..
