You walk into the service area, the room is empty, there's 6 people working there and everyone ignores you. When you walk in you see the service guy assigned to you playing on his phone. He ignores you for a minute, tells you it will be 1 moment, then picks up the phone as takes a call. And you continue to just stand there. Been in this place a dozen times and it's always been the same. They play games and make you stand there and they offer no communication to you until they decide to.

Sounds like someone had a bad experience at the dealership usually they'll straighten it out with the person I don't know what kind of disappointment they had usually it's all good there sometimes it takes a little longer for an oil change but that's about it everything else is good I believe if you're not happy bring the car or vehicle back and get your money back not many people complain about this place so something must be up honestly they have beautiful brand new vehicles and the used ones are really looking pretty well too I don't see what the problem was with the people with the not thinking the quality is good I don't know maybe you should go to Ford laugh out loud

There should be an oil life thing ( tells you the % remaining) in your menu options on your vehicle

No you do not. I would recommend it If possible. The service staff is so nice. The waiting room is comfortable. They give you complimentary Keurig or bottled water
