I don't think so. Bob Johnson Chevrolet has a separate location called the pit stop for simpler things like oil changes, tire rotation and inspections. I had an inspection done recently. The only caveat would be to make sure the person who does the inspection would be on site when you make your appointment. I think there is only one person who does them at the moment.
