The guy somehow got my phone number when my roommate applied, and decided to call me and say gross out of pocket things. Come to find out he's done the same to my roommates coworker and his girlfriend. He hits on women and says disgusting things to them and thinks nothing will happen because "he's the boss"

This place sells lemons. Within 2 months of purchasing, the car had to be towed because it was smoking. They refuse calls and refuse to update you on the work. It seems my sister is in not the first and won’t be the last to get scammed by this place. The receptionists are extremely rude, the manager is incompetent. Please go elsewhere. If you don’t remember there is a Lemon Law in NYS and get your money back. Call a lawyer, do not engage with management in the case your car blows up. Edit: they now are holding the car without producing a refund. My sister is a single mother who has to drive her kids to daycare and herself to work every day. Please avoid this place like the plague. Second exit: they’re claiming my sister put 2000 on the car in a month when it was mostly incapacitated. There is physically no way she could have done that. Between Rochester and Boston is 390ish miles, her car started smoking around Syracuse. Now they’re refusing to fix it. Read the other reviews to confirm the scams this shop is pulling.
