The employee named mark who claims to be the store manager will lie to your face use strong arm tactics and bully you he give you a false hope that he will work with you but they don't get is all to eager to repo the items also don't bother calling customer service you can't get in touch with them all the numbers listed go to rent a center and the won't transfer you and if you do get someone don't expect a call from the district manager either it's all a scam with over priced merchandise the gaming laptop I got was not worth it

I have used get-it-now and have gotten furniture that was good quality and they're very fair about background checks and most everybody is guaranteed to get something out of there and it's good for helping you build your credit.

If your credit is garbage, and you are remotely responsible this is a fine place to get some super overpriced stuff that will help you build your credit. The peeps that work there are pretty nice to me too!
