Sold me a car with major electrical issues and told me and fiancé at the time that “Erik” that he switched out all of the tires oil change and brakes but failed to have their maintenance guy to checked the car before i got the car of the lot first thing he told us was there was “ no need” & everything was fixed but i had it for a few weeks from April 22nd and may 30th it went down and had to have it towed i had 5 people look at it and told me it was the alternator but come to realized that it was the PCM(Computer to the car) & i already put $1.7k into the car and the warranty nor car insurance cover the issue and i spoke to the folks that i pay for the car and still waiting a call back from the guys the sold me the car and its been over 3 months i called and no reply, i personally told the guys i pay the car note too come pick the car up due to it being towed and cant be used because its disabled due to electrical problem.

worst customer service and worst business i’ve ever dealt with. Test drove one and the engine stalled 6 times. The one i bought seemed perfect but after having the car for not even 2 weeks the engine blew 100 miles from home, which cost me $1000 to tow. Went in the the business to confront Eric but he refused to fix or pay for any of the damages. As well as refusing to take the car back. His attitude and disrespect towards customers is despicable. No one should ever waste their time and money on this low life. Also promised me a payment of $206 dollars monthly but when i got the bill it was $306 and he refused to lower the price and honor our agreement.

LARCENY BY TRICK!!!! went in to buy a specific car from them. When I got there I was told I had a loan approval at a certain percentage. I then paid a down payment and came back the following day to do the contract. They told me they wanted to get me a lower rate so they needed more time. I then decided to buy a Vehicle report..They told me specific things had been replaced. That was a lie and not on the report at all. When I asked about it they lied some more. 6 days later they offered me a completely different loan amount at a much higher interest rate. I ask for my money back and they refused stating the accountant wasn't there. When all they had to do was go to the bank to refund my money. The owner told me they needed to go to the bank down the street to get the money but refused too. Now we're going to court. BUYER BEWARE
