We are a self-pay, out of network provider and so don’t accept insurance. This means we can spend more time with our patients and provide a much higher level of care at an affordable price. We treat patients based on scientifically proven medical protocols, not on what is most profitable for insurance companies. Our patients are not just a number to us -- they are real people with real issues. And this is what makes us different. While we do not accept insurance, we are pleased to provide an itemized receipt for all of our clients. Insurance companies may provide reimbursement directly to you once you file the claim yourself. Urgent Care 24/7 is thrilled to offer you secure virtual video doctor visits from the comfort of your home or office. While we love it when you visit us in the office, we understand that it’s not always convenient to do so. Telehealth visits can treat a variety of illnesses and conditions and these video visits allow you to receive the same quality care as you do in the clinic, without taking time off work or finding a sitter to see us. All you need is a phone, a tablet, or a computer with a camera feature.

If you have any of the symptoms of COVID-19, you can visit any one of our clinics for testing and treatment. There are options to treat symptoms including breathing treatments, fluids, antivirals, and antibiotics as may be indicated. Appointments are not needed but are available for your convenience.

Rapid PCR test results are available in 30 - 45 minutes. If you'd rather have the full PCR test, we need to send it to the lab and results can take 3 - 5 days.
