If I could rate this location zero stars I would. Front desk individual doesn’t know how to speak to individual’s without being respectful and the customer service experience was overall unpleasant. At all cost in the near future I will avoid this location.

Purchase a PO Box they had no keys. They had to bust the lock. Had to go back for keys. Then they did not work. Had to go get another key. Black woman making sarcastic remarks. Poor customer service, dread going back in there ☹️

We had a package delivered to a rental and were unaware they couldn't receive mail. One of the employees at this post office called us and held the package for us. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a post office. Thank you!

Love this place! I stopped in to box up and mail out Mother's Day packages, they had everything I needed. Every size priority mail packaging available along with a large variety of other types and all well organized. Even though the line wasn't very long a kind gentleman came out from the back, set up off to the side of the boxing area and also started taking care of customers. After reading the reviews I almost didn't stop at this Post Office but I'm glad I did. I think when people are in a rush, can't get their own way, and don't understand packaging or rules and regulations they are quick to leave bad reviews. All employees were smiling and Marie personally took care of me, I think we laughed the entire time she was processing my order over a joke. When I return to this area I will definitely stop back.

Had same issue, went to our local post office with proof of residency, within a couple of days new keys with box number were dropped at our front door.
Keys issued from the post office are for post office boxes at that same location. Postal boxes located elsewhere will be issued by a realtor or property manager.
Walgreens,Cvs or Publix are great places to purchase multiple styles of the e-pass. Hope this helps!!
