This is the absolute worst doctors office I’ve ever dealt with, calls go unanswered. The email response is usually several days then they schedule appointments without even consulting with you. Try getting paperwork for your employer is almost impossible. I had to physically go into the office and refuse to leave just to finally get return to work forms. I would never recommend this place they should be closed down for having the absolute worst business practices. **Edited**. Many months later and the lack of human contact remains the same. Called last Friday to schedule an appointment had to leave a voicemail and still no call back. Bad business for sure. Seek other doctors.

This was the worst ever. After being called and texted all day for my appointment. I arrived 40 minutes early and wasn’t seen until and hour after my appointment scheduled time. And after getting my vitals I had to go back and wait in the waiting room some more. My first and last time coming here. I do like the doctor but the wait is unexceptional.

Dr. DeNardis is always professional, kind and informative. I’ve never had to wait long to be seen. Dr. DeNardis and his staff, especially Francheska, Monica and Nani make the visits pleasant. They’re upbeat and positive. I am truly grateful for their genuine kindness and dedication.

The first time I went in I witnessed a doctor being incredibly rude to the nurses. I didn’t expect to find a male chauvinist at a gyno but I sure did! On my way out from this visit Dr. Pallozzo handed me a pack of birth control and said the words “take these so you don’t get knocked up”. But on the plus side, the numbing in my arm kicked in when I left the office, rather than prior to my nexplanon removal, so at least my arm was numb and not in pain for my drive home. (I only wish I had something to numb my ears to avoid having to listen to him belittle the nurses and brag about how good he is at his job!!) I unfortunately went back a few days later for an annual exam and the doctor ran additional tests at the lab that I didn’t ask for, which insurance didn’t cover. Trying to get ahold of billing is impossible and when I finally did, they said they didn’t make a mistake in billing my insurance. I don’t tolerate sneaky practices and dishonesty from a medical practice. On top of all of that, both visits I felt ignored and like I was just another paycheck and not a real person, and left immediately looking for a new doctor. I wouldn’t recommend and I will not go back.
