I stopped by yesterday to mail back an Amazon package, and for some reason, Amazon had given me a full label to print out instead of just a barcode for UPS to scan. UPS apparently charges $1.11 to print and attach a label like that, even though the package itself was fully taped and packed up, ready to be returned. However, UPS Store employee Cody (hopefully that's spelled right!) was extremely helpful to me in explaining how to email the label to him and waiting patiently for me after I walked out in frustration to drudge up some change in my car. He did not take offense to my bad attitude, and instead when I came back inside the store, just continued to offer a smile and help me as quickly as possible. He also assisted an elderly customer who complained about a different employee to him. I was impressed how he kept that same calm, soothing, and positive energy for both of us, without throwing his coworker under the bus. Great job, Cody! Thanks for making our days a little brighter when we were both frustrated.

I've only been once but I walked in and was seen immediately. Granted it wasn't crowded I shipped my package and left seamlessly with no issues

Contact Amazon directly if this UPS store will not take your Amazon package as-is! I tried to return an Amazon order at this UPS store. I was told that the item required shippining packaging and they could sell me some packaging. I contacted Amazon and was told that was not correct and the item did not require any packaging.

Not the first time this store has lost my package. I called and ERIC said it’s not his issue my package is lost somewhere. He charges me for the bubble wrap I pay for and he throws in the box the rest is history. Great customer service. I love that no one cares about the items making sure the item got in the box making sure the item was taken from the postal service worker nothing. Just charges people and throws it in a box.
