Was told the “not your ordinary” club was worth the trip. The nice ladies behind the counter doubled down on the claim. Myiesha was the architect of the most amazing Club sandwich I’ve ever had. Highly recommend you try it! Additionally, I’m a always met with the nicest staff at this location.

Drove across town to go to Shell gas station to use my fuel rewards. Did not work at the pump and had to go inside. The clerk told me that I could put it in and they could redeem my Fuel Rewards inside and after filling my whole tank I only discovered that they did not. I had to go back into the gas station to re-explain what happened only to be told you can come back at 6 AM and speak to the supervisor if you want to. Took no responsibility and had no understanding or resolution. Was just expected to leave despite the situation. Very poor and unprofessional customer service. Will not be returning

Firstly, the place is dirty. Filthy. Secondly, if I want my receipt I have to see the cashier. For someone with a child in tow, that's difficult to take them out to come in and wait in line to get a receipt. I was astonished by the lack of care to the outside of the establishment. It was 10:30 am and every garbage can was overflowing with trash. The parking lot looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. I would consider the fact that the business is short staffed as an excuse if it were not for the fact that the fat man behind the chair is getting high on the hog. I feel bad for the employees to be quite honest. This isn't their fault. Their regional management has failed them. Their upper management has failed them. When I see this type of grossness in an area with such a high volume of customers in an area that gets travellers from all over the world, there should be management there 24/7 to pick up when the staff cannot. This is unacceptable. Also, the other hard pill to swallow is that it's a Daily's. I always thought they were the upper echelon of gas stations. I stand corrected.
