There has not been one person that I've spoke with there that hasn't gone above and beyond. this customer service is OUTSTANDINGLY rude, ive called multiple times and each time i feel like they’re talking to me like i’m dumb. i asked Julia for help on how to pay through the website because I can’t figure it out after a couple days and she yelled into the phone “You go to bank….” and talks super slow so I can “understand.” The woman before her was talking to to me like i was stupid as well… i’d rather find out how to do whatever i need to than call again…
