There was an elder, black hair lady in window taking my order and she was so rude with me while I was telling her my order. She was so impatient and her tone very rude. Not a nice way to start a day. Please have nice people in the window. Her name was Jones

1-star, only because you have to enter something to comment. The place is clean and sterile... it's a Starbucks! The coffee is consistent... it's a Starbucks. The staff is politically polite with all the correct corporate blather... it's a Starbucks. New employees look at the sticker on the cup to make sure they say my name correctly, to make me feel all warm and gooey. If you don't know me pleeeze don't act like my best bud... it's a Starbucks! Oh yeah, when a newbie who doesn't know me mispronounces my name, that's a real charmer... it's a Starbucks. When I'm on the road I actually seek out a Starbucks... No surprises... IT'S A STARBUCKS!!!
