I had to leave a review especially for this specific location. The staff that I was serviced by were men (I believe the names are Nick and Kevin) with humor and outstanding customer service, even with the minor issues we ran into. The only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 stars is simply because the couple of times I tried to get a 15ft -20ft truck, they weren’t available (on a positive note, this could just mean it’s a popular location and everybody wants to drop off and pick up here lol). I rented a van for 2 days and ended up needing an extra 2 days. I tried doing the changes online but my contract wouldn’t pull up. I actually forgot to call after being unsuccessful in extending my rental online, but they called me and got me taken care of. Thank you guys for the professionalism and positive energy!

Worker began yelling at me after I honked at a vehicle on the lot. Walked around to other employees to tell them to ignore me. Very frustrating experience. I’d find another location if possible.

This location is a joke and the general manager is unprofessional. We reserved a 17ft moving U-hual, just to be told the day of that they have NEVER carried that big of a truck and only carry up to 15ft. Seems like a way to get more money out of customers, I've never dealt with this issue using any other location. FWD to today when I called the general manager and he straight up LIED saying he texted/called me, but my vm was full. both are lies, when I told him I had 0 missed calls or texts from him, he got upset saying he has other customers waiting to be helped. I understand things happen, but how they are handled is really important. Just take accountability next time instead of trying to make this your customer's fault. From the reviews, I see this isn't the first time. I'd save the time and money and just go to a different location because this one just isn't it.

My brother and I rented a truck was told gas was just under a full tank. That was not the case, I took pic's of the miles and gas gauge before I left and after I brought it back. Don't go off what they tell you. I called customer service as soon as I got home saw the bill. I put more fuel in the gas tank than needed still they CHARGED me another 18.00. Customer service has told me 3 times they would resolve the issue. I emailed then pic's of before gauge reading and after use reading. We put 17 miles total and left the gas receipt with them. This place has a very low customer rating go to another place to rent vehicle's!!!! Carlos
