Unbelievable. Don’t move here. They will steal your security deposit for cleaning even if you spend a whole day cleaning the apartment and you were a tenant who was spotless. Never left a hole in the wall, never spilled a thing. Was raised to take care of the place and was METICULOUS with cleaning it afterwards. Still hit with a bill that took most of my security deposit for "cleaning". They will take yours. They took no accountability for this whatsoever, and I'd recommend you look elsewhere if you like keeping your security deposit. Also, pretty sure some of these reviews are fake. Beware and consider carefully before moving here.

A modest, cottage-esque apartment community that blends beautifully with its natural surroundings. It felt like home from day one. The deer park and the Burke-Gilman trail right opposite it only add to this place's charm. I love it that the staff is so responsive, friendly, and helpful - 3 things that make all the difference! These apartments are really spacious and the prices, reasonable. Don't miss out!

Yes! Our community is South-West facing and all units have large windows in the main living spaces, allowing for optimal sunlight throughout the duration of the day.
Our community has an elevator that accesses all four floors of the building as well as our sub level, where carport parking is located. Our current residents find this to be very convenient with moving in household furniture items and groceries.
Onsite for resident use we offer four exterior storage rental options. The units range in size from small- XL & in price from $30-$80 per month.
