They sold me a car with a completely rusted frame and electric issues that couldn't be fixed even tho I was told the chevy dealer would be able to fix them. I would have gotten it taken care of by them but conveniently the mechanic went on vacation when I needed work done and the next time I went they were apparently closing early so I had to come in the next day but they did finally get me in for work but I have a feeling they didn't do anything because soon after the warranty ended the check engine light popped up once again. I went to two reputable mechanics and was told the frame was so rusted they weren't even able to lift my car up because if it broke it would be a liability on them. A third mechanic told me it'd be best to get a new car because repairs would be more than the car is worth. At the end of the day the car shouldn't have been on the lot. I recently went to a real car dealer who cares about customer experience and was taken care of and given a full warranty that can't be broken by the mechanic never being available for work. Thank you for doing this tho because when you know better you do better, blessings 🙏🏽

I ran out of gas on the onramp to Ridge Road right next to their location and the owner and salesman of eCarUSA helped me out, lending me a gas can and driving me to the gas station down the the road. They were the nicest people. I offered to to give them money for their trouble and they politely refused the money. It is a good sign of character when people help you for no monetary gain.

Worst dealer, sold my boyfriend a suv with engine light on, took it to the dealer 5 times for the same issue and supposly they change the sensor and the next day it will comes on, had to returned it, they wont give us the down payment, But guess what had to call my lawyer, see you at court!!!... will never recommend this Ecars Usa to nobody, i will make sure that friends family wont get a car from here, i will post it on fb as well
