The staff have poor manner and service sicked. Also, the rooms was nasty and had roaches. Plus of the rooms didn't have a refrigerator or microwave and tv's didn't work all that good plus cable didn't work right. I will never stay there again in life for real. I really don't see how they pass health inspections the hotel needs to be knock down period.

My girlfriend and I last minute needed a hotel room abs after searching a booking site we made a reservation and got a confirmation number and then drove to the spot. When we got there we were told there were no rooms and they refused to refund here money. The booking company shows that we were checked in to the hotel. So how were we checked in yet turned away without a refund at the same time? Where is our refund OYO?

This hotel is very filthy(the bed/boxspring cover were dirty, the walls were sticky and dirty, the tub/shower area was also filthy), with a terrible odor, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while even the front desk area. People were hanging around that looked to be “nightwalkers and addicts” I didn't feel safe at all. The photos listed are NOTHING like what you see. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid for 3 days/nights and didn't stay 1 minute. They also have a no refund policy.

Oyo is an organized fraudulent booking & hotel chain operation. Literally! We paid, arrived and no rooms. There's a never ending loop of trying to get a refund. It's been 3 months & they somehow convinced Capital One Bank, "it was a valid transaction". - The details: We booked our room here to evacuate from Hurricane Ida. When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk said that the hotel is completely booked and has been for a while. He said their phones and computers were down over the last week, and he said that they can't even accept bookings, but he had to turn away dozens of people that showed up saying that they had reservations. We literally had to sleep in the car because no rooms were available anywhere. We can't comment on the rooms obviously, but the outside of the hotel in the rear had several old mattresses and trash all over the place.
